2 Hours (Whale Watching or Burial at Sea): $750.00 + $100 gratuity
2.5 Hours ( “Dolphin Express” Cruise): $850.00 + $125 gratuity
3 Hours ( Coastal Cruise): $950.00 + $150 gratuity
4 Hours (Newport Cruise): $1,100..00 + $200 gratuity
8 Hours (Catalina Island): $1,850.00 + $300 gratuity

RIVIERA CANCELLATION POLICY

Given that the resale of a canceled space will likely result in a lost opportunity to sell other spaces, these fees are due regardless of resale. Fees incurred as a result of cancellation cannot be applied to future bookings.
If a cancellation is made:
1. 14 days or more prior to departure, 50% of the charter rate is forfeited.
2. 13 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate is forfeited and no refund is available.
